Dispersion of nano particles in organic  carrier absorbing in Near  Infrared Region of solar Irradiation.

Appearance:         Viscous black liquid

Solid content:              25.00-35.00%          

Viscosity:             500-5000cP             

Typical particle size:     100-140nm            

Thermal stability:         up to 350℃    

3、Absorption:                                  

Broad Absorption from 850nn to 1250nm with maximum absorption wavelength at 1050nm     
        

4、Application:              

It is compatible with PC,PMMA,PET,PA[6],PA[12], PS,ABS,SAN,ASA,MABS,PVC TUP PP TPE PE .
Being a liquid, Omnistab NIR can be used either for production of Master Batch or for direct introduction  in final product (e.g PC or PMMA sheets) in case producer has extruders with possibility of direct dosing of liquid additives into polymer melt.

The Plant in Jiangsu Province, covering 0.8 hectare, mainly produce Liquid UV Absorber, Photo Initiator and Intermediate. The most strong products is UV 1130,LS 123,photo initiator and also intermediates diethyl phosphite and OCOP.
